Imparting interview techniques, insights and expertise to enhance the evaluation capabilities of line management.

Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs.

Utilize social media recruiting skills to market the open positions, attract talent and build online communities.

Head hunting, references, Social media recruiting and internal database.

Hands on experience in sourcing candidates from Job portals.

Working on all technical and non-technical position.

Desired Candidate Profile

Should have thorough understanding of various technological terminologies.

Closing the positions within the stipulated time.

Ready to join within 15 Days.

Should have 0-2 years of experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment.

Good Communication skills Candidates should have 6 months experience in staffing.
